1. Blind Book Dates

Unfortunately, blind book dates are not eligible for returns or refunds. These items are specially selected for you and are not returnable under any circumstances. Please ensure that you are comfortable with the nature of this product before placing your order.

 

2. Independent Books

We accept returns for independent books under the following conditions:

• The book must be in its original, unused condition with no damage, marks, or alterations.

• You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Your request must be sent through via email to missnatives@gmail.com - please place in subject heading *REFUND/RETURN REQUEST*

• The customer is responsible for covering the postage costs of returning the book. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the safe return of the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
